vThin layer green in colour is the fatless part which is the liquid form of whey protein.
vSo,in order to convert liquid into powder form you will need a dehydration machine to dehydrate liquid into powder.

Otherwise if you have no dehydration machine,you can directly drink that green liquid(fatless proteinful layer of milk) directly,it will be effective same as the powder one whey protein.
